"While trying to find many answers through my Chronic Pain and multiple Nervous System Diseases' journey not only have I turned to Art Therapy, Animal Therapy but I have also found Reiki Therapy.
I've always been a big believer of Healing Energy but, I especially found my truths in treatments that began to turn life around for me in my 24/7 pain. I had been searching for any relief that I could possibly get and I kept having Reiki Treatments pop up in my research. I had never known what they were but began to look into it and was quickly fascinated by all that it was.
So much so that I soon came across a name of a Reiki Master in my area that was offering the Levels to become a Reiki Practitioner. I didn't have any money to invest at the time of my research and I sure had never had a treatment. Neither of these circumstances stopped me . The Reiki Master and I quickly developed a dialogue and soon thereafter I was given the gift of my first Reiki Treatment. That Reiki Master is Patty Dale of Horizons Energy Healing located in Saskatoon.
I immediately experienced results with a difference in my pain levels and my multiple Nervous System Diseases' seemed to calm down by a measurably noticeable level. After no relief from ANY medications and over 6 years of exquisite pain I finally had some obvious relief that came from none other than the one Reiki Treatment I received. Clearly I was on to something that I couldn't deny and didn't want to deny. I just accepted that this would be part of my path/journey going forward.
After that initial Reiki Treatment I signed up for the Level's One and Two of Reiki and worked out a payment option that fit for my circumstances. After taking both Levels I & II of Reiki and becoming a Reiki Practitioner myself I have noticed huge gains with regards to my 24/7 pain and my ability to be more mobile.
My life has been so dramatically changed by Reiki and becoming a Reiki Practitioner myself that I wanted to make sure to take the time and share my journey. Meeting and experiencing Reiki treatment through my Reiki Master Patty Dale, has been the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life. It has changed everything for me and given me the ability to help heal myself and help keep my pain levels to reasonable levels allowing me to function daily. I used to be bed bound and my mobility was down to just inside my home and very little else. I am currently able to walk with a walking aide, still get out and drive my own vehicle, still do the majority of all of my errands myself and own and operate a successful home business of my Art, Writing and Photography as well as being a fully qualified Reiki Practitioner myself. I am and will be forever grateful for having met and welcomed Patty into my life."

"I signed up for the spiritual mentoring program. It was an intense program, with a great deal of intense inner work and “soul searching”. I learned how to release very old, stuck energy that was holding me back from inner peace and self-love. I’ll be truthful, some of the exercises were challenging and emotional, however, going through them and coming out on the other side of my anxieties and fears was worth the initial inner turmoil. Patty’s encouragement, patience and guidance helped me through, especially the particularly tough spots. Patty taught me skills I can practice to overcome insecurities, anxieties and obstacles; all very helpful.
However, for me, the biggest changes were learning how to, stand in my power, find my voice, and use my voice – and that doesn’t mean aggressively. I’m talking about assertiveness and believing that what I feel and say is important and that I deserve to be heard. Prior to the program and the exercises, I had thought I was a good communicator. People seemed to like talking with me. What I learned, through doing the exercises, is that I was very good at keeping quiet to keep the peace. I came to the realization that I hid my true feelings and opinions in order to avoid any type of conflict; and that I wasn’t being fair to myself by hiding who I really was and what I really had to say. It was like this huge revelation! I can’t find the words to describe just how huge a change it’s been for me.
I can share another major change I experienced. Prior to this program, I always had a tendency to berate myself every day for how I looked and tell myself I was fat, ugly, etc. My biggest challenge was how to stop feeling that way about myself. I went through many exercises to turn that behavior around. Am I completely there, not quite, however, it is very rarely that I say nasty things to myself anymore. I went from a constant habit of putting myself down to almost total love and acceptance of myself. Not perfect, but I don’t need to be. The beauty of this lesson is that, while once in a while I may find myself repeating some very old habits, I have the tools to quickly switch them off and turn things around.
A good starting point for me was to share with others how Patty has helped me and to encourage anyone who is seriously considering this program for themselves. For those of you who are ready to put the work in and make the leap of faith into tapping into your own power, I would highly recommend this program. You may get something different from this program than I did, as we are all unique, but trust this, you will get what you need. If you are at that place in your journey, where you know that you will do what is needed to turn things around for yourself and give you the freedom to live your own life, for you, then this program is for you. If you aren’t ready for this program just yet, then I can recommend Patty, without hesitation, as a very intuitive, caring and helpful healer.
